Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
